General Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all services, play cards, purchases, and reservations at DeGameZone BV, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Access and Use
• Access to the arcade is only permitted with a valid play card.
• Play cards with credit can be used by a maximum of 2 people.
• Time limit Play cards can be used by a maximum of 1 person during a session.
• Access to the Virtual Reality is only permitted with valid prior reservation or reservation onsite.
• Visitors must behave respectfully and immediately follow instructions from staff.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted, unless agreed otherwise.

3. Reservations and Cancellations
• Play cards are personal and non-transferable.
• Cancellation policy
    – Up to 14 days before your start time: You can cancel or reschedule your VR booking for free by contacting us by phone or email.
    – Between 14 to 7 days before your start time: Customers will be eligible for 50% refund of the booking amount or can reschedule to a different date and time free of cost, subject to availability.
    – Under 7 days before start time: Cancellations or modifications are non-refundable, as time slots are reserved specifically for you.
• In the event of a no-show, the right to access lapses without a refund.

4. Payments
• All prices include VAT.
• Payments must be made exclusively via the offered payment methods on the website or in the arena.

5. Liability
• Entering the arcade, virtual reality and participating in activities is at your own risk.
• DeGameZone BV is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

6. Age Limits
• Children under 12 years old are only allowed when accompanied by an adult.

7. Privacy and Security
• Standard security cameras are present in the arena for the protection of visitors and property.
• Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy statement.

8. House Rules
• Alcohol, drugs, and aggressive behavior are prohibited.
• In the event of a violation of the house rules, access may be denied without entitlement to a refund.

9. Unattended Children
• Children are not to be left unattended in the waiting area as DeGameZone staff members are not responsible for the safety or care of children.
• If there is no one to supervise your child, you will be unable to enter the experience. You will not receive a credit or refund.

10. Disputes
• Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual agreement; if necessary, via the competent court in Amsterdam.
